Each coaching engagement is uniquely customized to meet both the coachee’s and the business’s bottom line needs. A significant amount of time is spent defining and communicating requirements such that when the actual coaching occurs, each stakeholder’s expectations will be addressed including meeting cost benefit analyses. Where necessary, assessments will be used as tools to leverage effective dialogue and to enhance the best possible outcome of the coaching engagement. All coaching and consulting engagements are conducted in line with the American Psychological Association's Code of Ethics.
